CSS3 Border Images
Traditional CSS2.1 allowed for borders of different colors and differents widths (yawn zzzzzz) but CSS3 has taken borders to a whole new level and now allows border-images.
Designers are now able to add a whole new level of design aesthetic to their borders and box models.
